How It Works

Every month, YVB ‘meets’ for a full Board session, where every member reports their critical numbers and we collectively do a deep dive on what’s working well and what’s off-track - a kind of monthly P&L meeting with a twist, if you will. (Note: YVB 'Lite' uses the same mechanism & structure to meet quarterly online only)

Once every 4 months, all 'YVB' & 'Extra' members are invited to a physical meeting for an entire day, where we work intimately with each business to focus on one problem, solution or innovation that your business needs.

Membership of YVB is open to all who pass initial screening. If you’re already here, chances are, that’s you.

After a deposit is taken, we’ll get together and check over the basics of your business: you, your structure, your proposition, current performance and what’s most top-of-mind for you right now.

If we don’t prove to be an ideal fit, you’ll be offered an option of analysis and some help (and /or coaching) with your current situation for the deposit paid, or a full refund, at which point you’ll exit the onboarding process.

If we are a fit, full payment for the year will be taken and you’ll be slotted into the onboarding process for the next relevant YVB track (see later for the detail).
